Background
In the early spring of 1999 we began to explore the possibilities of exchange schemes with New Zealand universities. I took the first group of students to the University of Waikato Language Institute in August of 1999, and in the summer of 2000 we went back to Hamilton again. In 2002 our students studied at the Waikato Language Institute's campus in Tauranga. Check out the Tauranga 2002 web site. The 2003 group is in their final week of this year's tour. Check back for info about our New Zealand Study Program for 2004. And last but not least, congratulations and best wishes to our students currently studying at Waikato University's main campus in Hamilton, Murakami Ayako and Nasu Tomoko.
